Doris Iding is a professor in mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), yoga and meditation. She presents seminars and training courses in yoga, meditation and mindfulness across the world. Through the motto “Everything that is has the right to be”, which permeates her courses, articles and books, she aims to communicate this message: Mindfulness and meditation are techniques for developing better self-knowledge, not for making ourselves perfect. If we learn to accept ourselves and feel compassion, benevolence and patience towards ourselves, we can live our lives and our everyday existence more easily and more pleasantly, and practice mindfulness and meditation with even greater satisfaction. 18 of her books have already been translated into other languages.

Laurent Stopnicki is a multidisciplinary artist. As a composer, he has for many years researched the impact of sound and voice on emotions and in particular on stress. He gives a preponderant place to the melody which is in his eyes (and in his ears ...) the essence of music. Laurent Stopnicki's music is not addressed to the mind but to the heart, to the soul ... Its vocation is to soothe, revitalize, inspire ... to touch that part of the sacred that each of us carries within him. With his partner, sophrologist Carole Serrat, he develops programs that combine music, singing, poetry with meditation and sophrology. (Books - CDs, meditative concerts at the Grand Rex, at the Olympia, in California, seminars, radio programs, videos, consultations and workshops in hospitals ...) Note that the spoken and sung voices of the recordings are those of Carole Serrat and Laurent Stopnicki
