Knowing yourself in order to be comfortable anywhere, even at work. The workplace can be a source of stress and trigger emotions that we don't always know how to deal with, or that we even suppress. Combined with positive psychology or coaching techniques, meditation can help us see things more clearly, understand where our anxiety comes from, and be more ourselves, with our emotions, whether we're at home or at work.
